Despina Siahuli is the brilliant chef behind the Greek food company Pan London. At Pan she brings together food memories from back home with British seasonal produce.
Despina wanted the aprons to have a sense of utility and to show a hint of her heritage - Greece. Two tones of green was chosen, light olive for the apron and a brighter green shade for the cotton herringbone straps to bring in contrast. The apron also have a pocket on the inside on the left hand side for safekeeping of valuables. A stamp on the inside of the pocket highlights the collaboration.
