BōKAN 37TH FLOOR
Novotel London Canary Wharf - part of French group Accor Hotels - is the new flagship hotel by Novotel and it hosts an impressive dining experience across the top three floors of the skyscraper.
The restaurant situated on 37th floor holds a menu filled with British produce and European flavours. The interiors are soft in colour with natural materials and industrial detailing.
The apron design is inspired by the interiors of 37th floor with brass details and complementing fabric and colour choices. Branding was discretely added as an embroidery on the smaller of the two pockets.
The aprons are designed in collaboration with Mystery Ltd.
